Biography

Shantera N. Clark, FNP-C is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She received her master’s, from South University in Savannah, GA. Prior to obtaining her master’s, she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Armstrong Atlantic University (GSU campus). Background of clinical experiences includes surgery, orthopedic, and mental health. Through her 11 years of nursing, she grew a passion and interest in understanding mental health disorders. She is licensed to practice in Georgia. In addition to a part-time position with DPS, she currently works with LTC and SNF to treat geriatric patients with dementia and other patients with chronic mental
health disorders.

Outside of her career, she loves to travel, explore, and create adventurous opportunities for her husband and two small children. She is grateful for the current local position with DPS and looking forward to providing desired services and support to Bulloch County/surrounding counties.
